The moms decided on letting them invite 8 friends to celebrate at the Jr. High School...a much better option than 10 girls running around my house or even worse a slumber party!!! We bought matching t-shirts from Justice as the girls' party favors and asked them to put them on for the party. Then we took some pictures of everybody! So cute...

my birthday girl!
We then went inside for pizza and DQ cookie dough blizzard cake! YUM!
20 candles!!! 10 for each girl! They were okay sharing a cake, but not candles!!!!
We also played several "minute to win it" games. I think that many of these were more for our enjoyment than the kids. They were hilarious to watch!
The girls had to pick up bags using only their mouths...they also couldn't touch the floor!
Balance 5 dice on a tongue depressor
keep 3 balloons in the air
get a penny out of each leg of these pantie hose using only one hand in each leg...the trickest part was getting them off once they were on!
Present time! The girls were given very generous and thoughtful gifts from their friends. Most of Abby's contained something zebra print....I was amazed that their were no duplicates of things she had or received day! My next blog post might have to be about Abby's zebra craze!!
Fortunately for us, the junior high held their spring dance the night before. We were able to use our connections, to have the music and lighting equipment left up for our party!!! Too much fun!!! We even introduced the girls to some "old school" music!
It turned out to be a fabulous party, with only a little girl drama and lots FUN!
