We have taken a little trip to visit Uncle Gary and Aunt Gerry for a couple days! We had big plans including boat rides, cave exploring and the CIRCUS! Unfortunately, Aunt Gerry received terrible news that her nephew was killed in a helicopter crash Wednesday, shortly before our arrival! We spent the first day visiting at their new house, which is very nice! Then on Thursday, we went to Hannibal, where Gary and Papa Bill had grown up! We went on the Mark Twain riverboat, at at the Mark Twain Dinette, explored the Mark Twain Cave, checked out Lover's Leap and then drove by the house Papa and Gary lived in, followed by a visit to the cemetary where Chris's grandparents were buried. We had a great time! In fact, on our way back to Quincy, Abby said, "this was the best trip we've taken, except for Disney World!"
Ben found a wishing caveran filled with coins and said, "let's get all that money and go buy toys!"
